Overview
The collection tank is an important device for collecting and transporting water from the sedimentation tank to the filter tank, while the drainage tank is a key part of the water distribution and drainage within the filter tank. The material, manufacturing, and installation process of the collection and drainage tanks are directly related to water quality, water volume, and tank appearance. Using high-quality stainless steel as raw material, the collection and drainage tanks, processed into shape using advanced electronic numerical control equipment, have the advantages of a smooth and beautiful surface, high strength, uniform weir teeth (orifices), adjustable, and easy installation.
Design Technical Requirements
Material of collection and drainage tanks: sanitary-grade stainless steel plate (SUS304), with a thickness of 3--6mm.
Serrated weir collection tank: the width of the serration is 200mm, the height is 100mm, and the angle of the weir teeth is 90°; the triangular weir can be designed as an integral part of the tank body or in an adjustable form for leveling during installation.
Submerged perforated collection tank: the water depth above the orifice is 50--70mm, the orifice diameter is 20--30mm, and the spacing between orifices is 100--150mm. The water level in the tank should be about 60mm lower than the weir or orifice. The width of the collection tank is determined based on the collection capacity of each tank, with B=0.900.4, where 0 is the flow rate of one collection tank in m3/S. The specifications of the collection and drainage tanks should be processed according to design requirements.
