Overview
The truss-type sludge suction machine is used for sedimentation in sewage treatment plants and water supply plants, removing sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank, with a horizontal bottom in the sedimentation tank. The suction method is based on user requirements. The truss structure and siphon-type sludge suction machine use a submersible pump with a water injector to create a siphon, utilizing the difference in liquid levels between the sedimentation tank and the sludge discharge channel to discharge sludge. The sludge suction machine's end beam moves in a circular motion while sucking sludge, extracting the flocculated material from the bottom of the tank. When there is no need to discharge sludge in the tank, the end beam stops moving, and the vacuum is released to interrupt the siphon. The pump suction system eliminates the vacuum using a submersible pump for sludge discharge.
