Overview
The small gap inclined plate sedimentation technology is a development of shallow pool technology. Due to the small gap between the inclined plates, it suppresses the pulsating interference in the sedimentation of floc, and with a short sedimentation distance, the floc can settle quickly. The water flow resistance is large, and the flow distribution in the sedimentation tank is uniform, avoiding local floc leakage. The sedimentation area is equal to the sludge discharge area, significantly increasing the sedimentation sludge discharge load, which is beneficial for sludge discharge. Additionally, the upward flow velocity in the clear water area of the sedimentation tank can reach 3.0-3.5 mm/s, and the turbidity after sedimentation can be stably maintained below 3 NTU.
