Overview
The application of backwashing technology for filter tanks is common. The filter plate is a key device in the filtration process. The uniformity of water and air distribution in the filter tank relies on the flatness of the filter head, which in turn depends on the flatness of the filter plate. Our company has developed high-precision reinforced concrete filter plates and enhanced PP-R filter plates, as well as high-strength sealing glue for the indirect seam process. This overcomes the disadvantages of traditional filter plates, such as poor flatness, poor air tightness, and difficulty in vertical installation of the filter head, featuring high load-bearing strength, flat installation across the entire tank, and ease of construction.
Technical Specifications
High-precision reinforced concrete filter plate
Specifications: Standard size 1000x1000x100mm or according to design requirements
Concrete strength: C30, with double-layer, double-directional reinforcement using 12mm threaded steel under production process conditions and requirements; executed according to GB50204, with a factory age of over 28 days. The flatness error of the single plate is less than ±2mm; the thickness error of the filter plate is less than ±1mm; the positioning size error of the embedded sleeve is less than ±2mm.
The indirect seams of the filter plates use special sealing glue, and the anchoring components and pressure plates are made of stainless steel, ensuring long service life and safety.
Enhanced PP-R filter plate
Specifications:
Standard size 1000x1000x40mm or made according to design requirements
Filter plate strength: >40N/cm2
The flatness error of the single plate is less than ±2mm
The thickness error of the filter plate is less than ±1mm
The verticality of the filter plate thread is less than ±2°.
Seam type:
The seams of the filter plates are made by overlapping two filter plates, with the overlapping area sealed using special sealing glue to prevent water and air leakage between seams. The anchoring components and pressure plates are made of food-grade stainless steel.
