Overview
This device is a gravity water purification equipment that integrates reaction pool, sedimentation pool, and filtration pool. Based on the principle of water purification, it adopts new processes, new materials, and a compact overall structure, with stable operating performance. This equipment is specifically designed for the turbidity removal and purification treatment of surface water such as rivers and reservoirs, making it particularly suitable for the living and production water supply of urban, rural, industrial, school, military, and enterprise units. It is also applicable for industrial wastewater and reclaimed water treatment, as well as tailings concentration. The purified water is clear, and the water quality indicators meet the national standards for drinking water.
The main material of this device is made of stainless steel plate or steel plate. It consists of a folded plate reaction area, a co-polymer PP honeycomb inclined tube sedimentation area, and a filtration area with a filter head and distribution system, forming a complete and practical turbidity removal and purification device. The design and material selection of the reaction, sedimentation, and filtration areas adopt advanced technologies and durable materials from both domestic and international sources, reducing the equipment size and land occupation area. Compared to traditional civil engineering water treatment, the cost is only 50%, with quick results, short construction periods, and simple approval procedures.
